Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 internal IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and endpoint issues.
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts throughout the employee lifecycle and maintain appropriate access across business systems.
  • Administer Google Workspace, including email accounts, groups, shared drives, and permissions.
  • Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) to keep company devices secure and compliant.
  • Monitor and manage the daily IT support queue to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and internal knowledge base articles.
  • Help enforce security policies and maintain compliance across company systems.
  • Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve IT workflows and reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, People Operations, and other internal teams to improve the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations experience, with recent graduates encouraged to apply if they have relevant internships or coursework.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace or similar cloud productivity platforms.
  • Experience with or exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Kandji, or Jamf.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Basic experience with Bash, ZSH, Python, or PowerShell scripting is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts is a nice to have.
  • Understanding of endpoint security, compliance, or security best practices is a nice to have.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity is a nice to have.
  • Exposure to SaaS environments or cloud-first IT infrastructure is a nice to have.
  • Must be a U.S.-based candidate.
