Description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support sprint planning by defining sprint goals, estimating effort, and organizing tasks.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to keep the backlog groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and program leadership.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders by providing updates on status, risks, and issues.
  • Track and report KPIs, team metrics, and project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing actionable enhancements.
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects.
  • Pharma GxP software development experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Jira and PPM software.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
