Description

  • Deliver one or more technology projects in line with Baringa’s Plan, Build, Run and Cyber processes.
  • Create project plans and supporting documentation to manage delivery, escalation, backlog alignment, resourcing, and work distribution.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure projects include both business change and technical development.
  • Define, approve, and control project scope throughout Agile delivery.
  • Identify, communicate, manage, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Set clear roles and responsibilities at project initiation across the delivery and stakeholder teams.
  • Manage scope, cost, and time changes within tolerance and use change control when changes exceed tolerance.
  • Provide regular reporting to line manager, governance forums, and project teams.
  • Track project costs, budgets, and forecasts against the business case and flag overspend risks early.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering technology projects in an Agile environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training.
  • Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Basecamp, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • A technology-focused professional background.
  • Strong motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
  • Strong planning skills, including schedules, resource allocation, issue management, and tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
