Description

  • Own and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure, including containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write scripts and automation in Python, Golang, Bash, and PowerShell to reduce manual work across Engineering and Operations.
  • Design and maintain n8n workflows that connect GitHub, Jira, Slack, Datadog, and other internal tools.
  • Implement AI-enabled integrations for incident summarization, ticket enrichment, and runbook-guided remediation.
  • Partner with QA and Engineering to improve automated testing foundations, ephemeral environments, and CI/CD test visibility.
  • Handle internal support tickets and communicate technical solutions in clear, non-technical language.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and QA on deployment workflows, platform improvements, and release processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to support rapid resolution of urgent system issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or other high-transaction environments, preferably in startup or growth-stage companies.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred and AWS or GCP also valuable.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend system design.
  • Proven ability to build production-grade workflow automations, with n8n strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with QA automation concepts such as test pyramids, flaky test reduction, and CI signal quality.
  • Experience collaborating with QA/SDET teams.
  • Working knowledge of MCP or similar AI-to-tooling integration patterns in secure environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently across departments.
  • Flexible availability to work between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time as needed.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes (strong plus).
  • Experience implementing monitoring and observability systems, with Grafana preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with DevOps culture, SRE principles, and incident management workflows.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and contributing to process documentation.
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B tech or platforms supporting product catalogs, inventory, or transactional workflows is a plus.
