Description

  • Own the end-to-end OSINT product roadmap, including collection connectors, monitoring pipelines, provenance, legal compliance, and analyst-facing exploration interfaces.
  • Lead discovery with operational users to understand how they use open-source intelligence across law-enforcement and defense contexts.
  • Define and prioritize the collection layer, including source selection, data extraction needs, provenance handling, and compliance constraints.
  • Shape the analyst experience for OSINT workflows, including source monitoring, signal triage, OSINT and internal data correlation, and output generation.
  • Work across teams to ensure OSINT capabilities integrate with entity resolution, geospatial analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Define success metrics for OSINT features and track outcomes such as collection coverage, signal-to-noise quality, analyst time-to-lead, and provenance completeness.
  • Stay current on OSINT platforms, techniques, legal developments, and community practices and feed that context into product decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in intelligence, security, or data-heavy domains.
  • Deep familiarity with OSINT as a practitioner or product builder.
  • Strong understanding of analyst workflows and what effective OSINT tooling feels like from the user side.
  • Comfort with the legal and ethical dimensions of OSINT collection, including jurisdiction-specific constraints, terms-of-service boundaries, admissibility of evidence, and data provenance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams spanning collection, enrichment, exploration, and reporting.
  • Data- and metrics-fluent, with the ability to define meaningful quality metrics for collection and analyst outcomes.
  • Eligible to work in Germany and willing to travel to Berlin and across DACH for workshops and user research.
  • Hands-on experience with OSINT platforms and tooling, preferred.
  • Familiarity with link analysis, entity resolution, or network analysis in an investigative context, preferred.
  • Experience with geospatial intelligence or incident monitoring workflows such as CBRN, situational awareness, or threat tracking, preferred.
  • German language skills at B1+ and/or experience working directly with law-enforcement or defense users in Germany or the DACH region, preferred.
  • Understanding of how OSINT evidence is handled in German or European legal contexts, preferred.
  • Familiarity with air-gapped or on-prem deployment constraints and their impact on collection architecture, preferred.
