Description

  • Own the end-to-end innovation process from problem selection to validated prototype and handoff.
  • Form clear, testable hypotheses with defined success criteria and go/no-go decisions.
  • Lead discovery and validation with operational users and customer teams, translating insights into requirements and UX flows.
  • Scope and build thin, vertical-slice prototypes end to end across ingest, processing, ML/search, and UI.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to select the right prototyping approach for each hypothesis.
  • Prepare adoption-ready handoff packages, including PRDs, UX flows, technical designs, data schemas, and integration backlogs.
  • Ensure prototypes are measurable from day one through instrumentation, dashboards, and outcome tracking.
  • Prioritize validated learning over feature delivery and use prototypes to confirm or reject hypotheses before roadmap commitment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technical B2B domains such as data platforms, analytics, ML/AI, or developer tools.
  • Strong full-stack understanding across ingestion, processing, and UI.
  • Experience building prototypes and understanding the difference between a mockup, a prototype, and a product.
  • Comfort operating in 0→1 environments with ambiguity and limited structure.
  • Ability to define success metrics, instrument work, and use telemetry to guide decisions.
  • Eligible to work in Germany and willing to travel to Berlin and across DACH for workshops and user research.
  • Preferred: comfort with modern prototyping tools, including design tools, interactive mockups, AI-assisted generation, and code-first builds.
  • Preferred: familiarity with investigative or analyst workflows such as case files, CIR tracking, or IPB-style artifacts.
  • Preferred: German language proficiency at B1+ level and/or experience conducting pilot evaluations with public-sector users.
  • Preferred: exposure to OSINT workflows, geospatial analysis, or multi-source intelligence fusion.
  • Preferred: experience in regulated or mission-critical environments, including air-gapped or on-prem delivery constraints.
