Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Authorized Treatment Centers and manage trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles and strategic plans for each site.
  • Lead site targeting activities, including identifying, qualifying, and confirming treatment centers to become ATCs.
  • Oversee logistics and operational readiness from patient referral through product administration.
  • Support product handling and ensure compliance with Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody requirements.
  • Educate site personnel on approved therapies, clinical data, and patient eligibility pathways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address treatment-site needs and remove barriers to care.
  • Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for stronger site engagement and higher therapy utilization.
  • Collect and share market insights and site feedback with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and operations.
  • Represent Orca Bio at conferences and professional meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings, preferably in cell therapy.
  • Proven account management experience, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
  • Strong operational understanding of academic medical centers and/or BMT transplant centers.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation, preferably in account management.
  • Experience launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products preferred.
  • Familiarity with site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, field-based teams preferred.
  • Must live in the assigned territory and be willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
