Description

  • Design, build, deploy, and operate multi-agent workflows for triage, retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing.
  • Translate operational needs into workflow specifications and explain system capabilities, limitations, and failure modes to stakeholders.
  • Partner with process owners to iteratively deliver workflows that fit real operating requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production workflows across prompts, tools, data, and orchestration.
  • Define output-quality standards, human-review checkpoints, escalation criteria, and validation checks.
  • Track and optimize AI workload and platform costs across inference, compute, storage, and egress.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, recurring reports, and data exports for operational metrics.
  • Integrate workflows across Catalyst, Pulse, and Discovery products.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise and client-delivery cloud environments across GCP, AWS, Cloudflare, and Azure.
  • Manage infrastructure as code, cloud networking, identity, secrets, security evidence, and CI/CD deployment, promotion, and rollback processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience translating user requirements into wireframes, workflows, or similar solutions.
  • 1+ year of experience using Claude or a similar commercial offering to build AI agents.
  • Experience building a functioning multi-agent workflow and explaining its design, handoffs, context sharing, failures, and fixes.
  • Practical prompt-engineering experience, including RAG and tool or function calling.
  • Experience troubleshooting agent workflows using Claude, GPT-class models, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar platforms.
  • Working proficiency with APIs and scripting for independently building and debugging workflows, including JSON and Python.
  • Ability to communicate technical system behavior, limitations, and failure modes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and producing workable solutions without formal specifications.
  • Hands-on production experience with GCP, Azure, or Cloudflare and familiarity with a second cloud platform.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or an equivalent, plus cloud networking, identity, secrets management, security, and cost management.
  • Preferred: 5–7 years of software development experience; Python; Kubernetes or serverless platforms; multi-cloud deployment; CI/CD; observability; FinOps; zero-trust; AI evaluation tooling; or government, defense, intelligence, OSINT, or DIGINT environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to McLean, VA or team offsites and work in classified spaces within specified regions when required.
