Description

  • Audit the existing CRM setup, Customer.io usage, data flows, segmentation, churn models, and integrations.
  • Define the target architecture and roadmap for the AI-driven CRM system.
  • Build an MVP workflow from player data and churn prediction through AI analysis, offer recommendations, Customer.io campaigns, and human approval.
  • Automate segmentation, campaign timing, offer selection, campaign creation, and core analytics.
  • Deploy a continuous AI optimization loop using campaign results to generate improved recommendations.
  • Own architecture, implementation, integrations, AI agents, automation, analytics, documentation, and scaling.
  • Enable CRM Managers to supervise AI recommendations, approve campaigns, and own GEO-level results.
  • Prepare the technical foundation for VIP and PAM AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or owning production automation systems that connect data, models, and marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with a major CRM or marketing automation platform; Customer.io is strongly preferred, with Optimove, Braze, or Iterable also relevant.
  • Practical experience with customer data platforms and data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Experience with orchestration tools including dbt, Airflow, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement AI-driven flows using churn, LTV, next-best-action, or recommendation models.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or direct LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI.
  • Strong systems-thinking ability to design and build architecture, data flows, agents, integrations, approval layers, and analytics loops.
  • Senior or Lead-level experience owning technical direction, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, subscriptions, or marketplaces with high-volume customer data is preferred.
  • Ability to complete a technical system-design assignment for an AI-driven CRM system serving 1M players.
