Description

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value collectors, dealers, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Source, negotiate, and execute complex private sales transactions involving premium collectible assets.
  • Develop account strategies that increase repeat business, retention, and share of wallet.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and knowledge of collector behavior.
  • Advise clients on collection strategy, valuation, portfolio development, liquidity, and market timing.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, forecast revenue, track activity, and document interactions in CRM systems.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, Asset Control, Sales Support, and Product teams throughout transactions.
  • Represent Fanatics Collect at trade shows, private meetings, and industry events.
  • Mentor newer team members and share sales strategies, market knowledge, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership with insights on market trends, client needs, competitive activity, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably in trading cards, collectibles, luxury goods, fine art, auction houses, alternative investments, or other high-value assets.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth collectors, dealers, investors, or luxury clientele.
  • Extensive knowledge of trading cards, memorabilia, and collectibles, including pricing trends, grading, valuation, and market dynamics.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic client growth plans.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value transactions with discretion and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events; passion for sports and collectibles.

Benefits

  • USA remote base salary range of $100,000–$110,000 USD.
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Additional short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation may be included.
