Description

Lead negotiations for high-value commercial agreements, including SaaS, OEM, MSAs, enterprise, channel, and professional services deals.
Partner with sales, product, revenue operations, procurement, and executive leadership on commercial and legal matters.
Build, maintain, and improve commercial playbooks and contract templates to support scale and consistency.
Provide practical legal guidance that balances business needs with risk management and growth objectives.
Develop and deliver legal enablement and training for the go-to-market team.
Stay current on laws and regulations affecting the company’s industry and provide compliant advice.

Requirements

10+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions, in-house and/or at a law firm.
Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
Track record of closing complex deals with large, regulated organizations.
Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a solutions-first mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
Professional presence that earns confidence from senior internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in growing into a broader leadership role within a scaling legal function.
