Description

  • Support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of base pay, incentives, commissions, and other variable pay programs.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning, including merit increases, bonus planning, system testing, validation, communications, and reporting.
  • Prepare executive and Compensation Committee materials, analyses, recommendations, and presentation decks.
  • Perform market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity analyses, and salary structure administration.
  • Develop headcount budgets, workforce planning models, and compensation forecasts in partnership with Finance.
  • Create dashboards, executive reporting, and ad hoc reports on compensation trends and workforce metrics.
  • Analyze market and internal compensation data to support competitive, equitable, and fiscally responsible decisions.
  • Support compensation initiatives related to organizational growth, acquisitions, and changing business needs.
  • Maintain compensation data in UKG and partner on system configuration, testing, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to ensure accurate, consistent, and policy-compliant administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a corporate compensation role.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases and bonus/incentive administration.
  • Experience administering and analyzing variable pay programs such as short-term incentives or commission plans.
  • Experience preparing executive-level compensation analyses and Compensation Committee materials.
  • Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, and internal equity analyses.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, nested formulas, Power Query, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex compensation information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos) reporting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term incentive (LTI) programs and equity compensation is preferred.
  • Experience supporting stock plan administration, including restricted stock, stock options, or ESPP, is preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
  • Experience supporting compensation initiatives during growth, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation is preferred.
