Description

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Build consensus on product priorities and establish a shared vision across the company.
  • Drive product development with engineers and designers across web, iOS, and Android.
  • Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
  • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure success and impact.
  • Use strategic and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Maximize efficiency in a fast-changing, fluid product environment.
  • Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and travel as needed, including some international travel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a consumer product manager.
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with design best practices for apps and web.
  • Experience launching complex consumer products across multiple pages/screens and at least 1 million users per week.
  • Experience defining and running A/B tests in a consumer product.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, track, and report on the right metrics.
  • Technical background with the ability to discuss development tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Experience running in-person user tests and strong user empathy.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and consensus-building skills, including working with remote teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Global mindset and understanding of how digital products vary across markets while remaining scalable.
  • Passion for digital experiences, food, dining out, and deep knowledge of OpenTable’s business and products.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
