Description

  • Own the end-to-end localisation workflow for sales collateral, including handoffs, formatting checks, QA, and approvals with Market Managers.
  • Maintain and update the sales portal so localised content stays organised, current, and easy for global sales teams to access.
  • Oversee the technical localisation of creative assets for go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, consolidate feedback, and ensure content is brand-compliant and ready for launch.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, including technical template setup and tracking implementation.
  • Update websites through WordPress and build or edit landing pages to support regional campaigns.
  • Audit and expand the testimonial library in collaboration with Market Managers to source relevant quotes.
  • Organise video assets, maintain the source of truth for international video content, and support Meta-related campaign tasks.
  • Review briefs critically, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and proactively keep projects moving on schedule.

Requirements

  • Must have permanent, full working rights in Taiwan.
  • Experience building and editing web pages within a CMS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and SendGrid is a significant plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Figma, Pendo, and Meta Business Suite is highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-market content workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong QA and formatting attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive approvals across multiple time zones.
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills for B2B content.
  • Comfortable working with various software and learning new systems quickly.
  • Willingness to occasionally handle communications outside regular working hours to support global collaboration and urgent issues.
