Description

  • Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for hardware, software, and technology issues.
  • Take ownership of complex technical challenges and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve them.
  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including user accounts, access control, and critical systems.
  • Identify and implement improvements to IT support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and processes to support knowledge sharing.
  • Train and guide end-users and junior team members on best practices and application usage.
  • Support the IT onboarding process by configuring devices and applications for new hires.
  • Manage IT assets and inventory throughout procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal.
  • Lead and coordinate small to medium IT projects using project management methodologies and tools.
  • Support macOS and Windows environments and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • In-depth understanding of hardware, software, and IT environments.
  • Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts.
  • Experience administering and maintaining IT infrastructure including Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in macOS and Windows environments.
  • Awareness of scripting languages, no-code automation tools, and infrastructure as code technologies.
  • Ability to implement IT best practices and processes.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. and currently residing in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
