Description

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, with ECS preferred.
  • Own features end-to-end from design through development and production release.
  • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience contributing to 0 → 1 product development.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, with AWS preferred and ECS as a plus.
  • Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes.
  • Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments is preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production is preferred.
