Description

  • Write and edit high-quality content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, and emails.
  • Own the full content lifecycle, including research, production, publishing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to turn customer problems into useful content.
  • Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, and customer feedback to inform content decisions.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows that improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and reliability.
  • Set content direction for the team based on real business goals and outcomes.
  • Shape what content the company should do, stop doing, and prioritize based on performance.
  • Take ownership of content initiatives and drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a product IT company with measurable content impact.
  • Experience managing people, collaborating across teams, or leading content initiatives.
  • Practical experience using AI in production workflows beyond simple prompting.
  • Comfort experimenting, building processes, and improving systems without waiting for perfect structure.
  • Strong ownership, judgment, and focus on business outcomes.
  • Ability to think like an operator and strategist, not only a writer.
