Description

  • Lead complex, high-stakes RFI, RFP and RFQ responses from intake through submission.
  • Partner with Sales to align proposal strategy with buyer priorities, competitive context and deal objectives.
  • Coordinate contributions from Sales, Solution Consulting, Finance, Legal, Product and other subject-matter experts.
  • Manage proposal project cadence, including kick-offs, tool setup, reviews, packaging and close-down, while meeting deadlines.
  • Review submissions for structure, formatting, accuracy, clarity and overall submission integrity.
  • Maintain current knowledge of OneStream’s platform and competitive positioning, identifying outdated or inaccurate content.
  • Improve proposal standards, workflows, templates, tools and content-library materials using lessons from completed bids.
  • Use AI tools across the proposal workflow and share effective prompts and practices with the team.
  • Coach junior and mid-level writers and support onboarding and team knowledge sharing.
  • Influence team approaches to proposal content, quality and processes without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience writing and managing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses for competitive, high-value deals in partnership with Sales.
  • Professional experience using AI tools for writing, editing or content workflows.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical and commercial information into persuasive content.
  • Ability to analyze enterprise technology, business processes and buyer requirements to identify response implications and gaps.
  • Ability to manage competing projects, shifting deadlines and detailed work accurately.
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks, buyer enablement and revenue operations.
  • Cloud or SaaS experience, ideally in finance or a related domain (preferred).
  • Experience with Ombud or a comparable proposal management platform, Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and APMP certification (preferred).

Benefits

  • Gross annual base salary of €55,000–€71,500, based on experience, skills and location.
  • Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply.
  • Remote role with no regular travel expected.
