Description

  • Create and revise content for IAM websites and applications, including wording, error messages, banners, and visual content.
  • Prepare access and usage reports, help desk metrics, environment support documentation, application support materials, and project artifacts.
  • Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management records, risk and issue logs, schedules, and test documentation.
  • Create training materials and other deliverables required for ATO packages, FISMA compliance, and technical project management.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, organized, accurate, and ready for reviews, audits, and submissions.
  • Apply the FSA Style Guide and Section 508 accessibility standards to technical content.
  • Manage multiple documents, revisions, and versions across documentation repositories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, security personnel, and stakeholders to gather and clarify information.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust clearance.
  • Excellent technical writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
  • Experience documenting federal ATO, FISMA, or RMF processes.
  • Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and documentation repositories.
  • Familiarity with Agile project documentation and change management.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts and federal IT compliance standards is preferred.
