Description

  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in German and English with full professional proficiency in both languages.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 60% travel and 40% home office.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of the sleep market is an advantage but not mandatory.
