Description

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and execute functional test cases for ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, and Procurement.
  • Perform regression, integration, and interface testing across ERP and connected third-party systems.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing with business users.
  • Document test scripts, results, defects, and sign-off outcomes.
  • Validate data migrations during ERP upgrades and system transitions.
  • Log, track, and help resolve defects using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
  • Provide Service Desk support by triaging, logging, and resolving ERP and general IT tickets.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and ERP vendors to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP integration, functional, and regression testing.
  • Experience coordinating and executing UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of system administration, including user accounts, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting a Service Desk or helpdesk environment using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.
  • Strong communication skills for working directly with end users and stakeholders.
  • Good documentation skills for requirements documents, test cases, test scripts, and process maps.
