Description

  • Administer IAM platforms, including user lifecycle workflows, access provisioning, groups, and MFA.
  • Support SSO and SCIM integrations across IAM systems and SaaS applications.
  • Manage macOS endpoint enrollment, compliance, troubleshooting, shipping, replacement, and recovery workflows.
  • Execute end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, access enforcement, deactivation, and asset recovery.
  • Build and maintain low-code/no-code automations such as Okta Workflows.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using structured root-cause analysis and implement durable improvements.
  • Support vendor onboarding, renewals, access reviews, offboarding, procurement, and asset tracking.
  • Document repeatable, auditable IT and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
  • Experience providing Tier 1–2 support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
  • Understanding of IAM fundamentals, including SSO, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with macOS environments or strong endpoint management fundamentals.
  • Comfort working in a terminal/CLI environment.
  • Ability to read and modify Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment; endpoint management, automation, vendor management, security, or relevant certifications are preferred.
