Description

  • Administer and maintain promotional plans in the TPM system (Exceedra).
  • Protect the accuracy and integrity of promotional, customer, and financial data in the TPM system.
  • Support trade forecasting, reporting, and accrual processes through accurate system administration.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to keep promotional information timely and accurate.
  • Analyze and optimize trade plans within authorized spending across retailer portfolios.
  • Evaluate promotional performance at the brand and PPG level and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Deliver monthly Trade KPI and Trade Calendar reporting to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Execute trade-related SOX controls, data validations, and ongoing control reviews to support compliance.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits of trade spending and promotional investments.
  • Partner with the Deductions team to ensure retailer deductions are correctly applied to promotional plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience required.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in retail sales, analysis, P&L management, sales reporting, or planning required.
  • Deep understanding of CPG trade spend management.
  • Experience with TPM required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Audit, Accounting, and Finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, with strong presentation skills.
  • Must reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Up to 10% travel required; remote role with occasional company or department travel.
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Sales preferred.
