Description

  • Build the operating engine that connects pipeline creation, deal execution, customer activation, partner expansion, and usage-based growth into one measurable system.
  • Design and own end-to-end operating processes across go-to-market, marketing, direct sales, partnerships, customer success, and product operations.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and summaries that reduce manual reporting and improve leadership visibility.
  • Build and maintain CRM structure, pipeline definitions, ICP, segmentation, dashboards, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument analytics, map user journeys, and surface insights that improve customer success, conversion, and product adoption.
  • Work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Solutions to align operations and execution.
  • Design the systems that drive company decision-making and support repeatable growth.
  • Operate hands-on by building, testing, and iterating on internal systems and processes.
  • Define best-in-class operating standards and create the infrastructure to make them real.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early-stage infrastructure roles such as RevOps, BizOps, Product Ops, strategy, or consulting.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup where systems were being built rather than maintained.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design from a blank slate.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed, with a focus on impact over polish.
  • Ability to work across functions and communicate clearly with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and solutions teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, dashboards, forecasting, or lifecycle metrics (implied by the role).
  • Experience in AI-assisted operations, analytics, or workflow automation (preferred).
  • Background in product, go-to-market, or customer operations (preferred).
  • This role is not a fit for someone who wants to manage a narrow function or operate inside fixed processes.
