Description

Build the operating engine that connects pipeline creation, deal execution, customer activation, partner expansion, and usage-based growth into one measurable system.
Design and own end-to-end operating processes across go-to-market, marketing, direct sales, partnerships, customer success, and product operations.
Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and summaries that reduce manual reporting and improve leadership visibility.
Build and maintain CRM structure, pipeline definitions, ICP, segmentation, dashboards, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics.
Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument analytics, map user journeys, and surface insights that improve customer success, conversion, and product adoption.
Work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Solutions to align operations and execution.
Design the systems that drive company decision-making and support repeatable growth.
Operate hands-on by building, testing, and iterating on internal systems and processes.
Define best-in-class operating standards and create the infrastructure to make them real.

Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early-stage infrastructure roles such as RevOps, BizOps, Product Ops, strategy, or consulting.
Experience working in a high-growth startup where systems were being built rather than maintained.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to design from a blank slate.
Comfort with ambiguity and speed, with a focus on impact over polish.
Ability to work across functions and communicate clearly with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and solutions teams.
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, dashboards, forecasting, or lifecycle metrics (implied by the role).
Experience in AI-assisted operations, analytics, or workflow automation (preferred).
Background in product, go-to-market, or customer operations (preferred).
This role is not a fit for someone who wants to manage a narrow function or operate inside fixed processes.
