Description

Conduct needs analyses to define learning objectives and target audience characteristics for training requests.
Gather information and insights from experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to inform training development.
Design effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences using instructional design principles, learning theories, and OMP guidelines.
Advise on and support the creation of assessments.
Lead multiple training creation or conversion projects from start to finish, with a focus on e-learning.
Support the creation of training materials, including recording training videos and selecting appropriate formats.
Develop e-learnings using an authoring tool.
Work with company stakeholders to align training content and delivery.

Requirements

A degree in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role involving multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong affinity for IT, with the ability to work on technical trainings.
Ability to quickly acquire technical and supply chain knowledge.
Ability to work accurately and autonomously while also being a team player.
Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and learning management systems (preferred).
Expert-level knowledge of PowerPoint (preferred).
