Description

  • Own, maintain, and scale the corporate financial model and integrated three-statement P&L framework.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting across all COGS and OpEx lines.
  • Build advanced scenario planning models to evaluate strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Analyze financial performance to identify business risks and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Prepare executive reporting packages for leadership, QBRs, and Board meetings.
  • Partner with Accounting and business unit leaders to improve decision-making models and fiscal alignment.
  • Drive continuous optimization of FP&A tools, methodologies, and system infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with a track record of driving corporate processes.
  • Expertise in full P&L management, corporate planning, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and advise senior leadership teams.
  • Deep proficiency with ERP and enterprise planning systems, specifically NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Experience building or scaling executive and Board-level financial reporting presentations is preferred.
  • Industry background in high-growth SaaS, renewable energy, or field services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance-based revenue models or managing guarantee liabilities is preferred.
  • Ability to work in Pacific Time and prioritization for candidates in San Francisco or Seattle.
