Description

  • Coordinate renewals for property, casualty, workers’ compensation, cyber, liability, aviation, and specialty insurance programs.
  • Gather and validate renewal, payroll, exposure, and underwriting data from internal departments.
  • Manage vendor and contractor certificates of insurance, expiration tracking, and compliance follow-up.
  • Administer claims-tracking processes and coordinate submissions with carriers, brokers, safety teams, and operations.
  • Maintain claims databases, analyze loss trends, and prepare management reports.
  • Support workers’ compensation reporting, premium audits, true-ups, and state submissions.
  • Develop risk dashboards, metrics, and reports while monitoring key risk indicators.
  • Review contractual insurance requirements and collaborate with Legal and Contracting teams.
  • Maintain risk records, coordinate audits and compliance submissions, and manage broker and third-party administrator relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, finance, accounting, compliance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with insurance renewals, claims administration, or workers’ compensation programs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and risk financing concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with brokers, carriers, or third-party administrators (preferred).
  • ARM, CRIS, CPCU, or another risk management certification, or willingness to pursue one (preferred).
