Description

  • Translate high-level service delivery strategy into actionable field execution plans that support scalability.
  • Own performance across speed, cost, and quality by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and hold accountable dispatch operations leaders and partner fulfillment support teams.
  • Champion field safety, code adherence, and regulatory compliance across work orders, dispatch protocols, and partner standards.
  • Coordinate service delivery across internal technicians and external field service partners.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to align service execution with customer expectations, inventory availability, and corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the operational service delivery budget and identify cost-saving opportunities through route optimization, fleet efficiency, inventory control, and labor utilization.
  • Refine and build processes to remove operational bottlenecks and support growth.
  • Use data and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement across the fulfillment organization.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Field Service, Service Delivery, or Technical Operations.
  • Experience managing distributed, multi-channel dispatch or fulfillment networks.
  • Proven success scaling service delivery from third-party fulfillment to blended internal employee dispatch models.
  • Practical experience with resource optimization, dispatch, routing, and modern Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.
  • Experience managing operational budgets and tracking unit-level economics.
  • Experience driving cost efficiencies in labor and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in residential or commercial solar O&M, including understanding of inverter technology and energy storage, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting teams through process, tool, or structural change is a plus.
  • Background as a licensed General Contractor, licensed electrician, or electrical engineer is a major asset.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification and continuous improvement experience are a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely is typical for most roles, and candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
