Description

  • Own technical pre-sales engagements from discovery and architecture assessment through solution design, POCs, effort estimates, RFP/RFI responses, and technical close.
  • Lead technical discovery and assess telephony, CRM, backend integrations, data flows, security, compliance, and channel requirements.
  • Design tailored solutions and proposals using Omilia’s platform and product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Demo Engineers to deliver customized demonstrations and scenario-specific POCs.
  • Define POC success criteria, coordinate delivery resources, and present results with ROI and deployment-readiness narratives.
  • Own technical RFP and RFI responses, coordinating input from Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
  • Advise technical and executive stakeholders, address objections, and quantify business benefits such as call deflection, AHT reduction, CSAT improvement, and cost savings.
  • Develop competitive positioning, battle cards, and displacement strategies across IVR, CCaaS, and Conversational AI platforms.
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services on deal strategy, technical qualification, stakeholder mapping, and implementation handoff.
  • Maintain technical engagement records, POC status, RFP pipelines, solution configurations, demo environments, and reusable knowledge assets.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical advisory roles in enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, Conversational AI, or contact centre technology.
  • Experience owning complex enterprise technical sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, POC delivery, and RFP responses.
  • Deep knowledge of contact centre architecture, including SIP, PSTN, WebRTC, CRM integrations, omnichannel platforms, and enterprise middleware.
  • Working knowledge of NLU, dialogue management, ASR/TTS, intent classification, entity extraction, and voice biometrics.
  • Experience designing customized product demonstrations and POC environments.
  • Strong technical writing skills for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, integration specifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Understanding of regulated enterprise IT environments, including banking, healthcare, insurance, and utilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard pre-sales tools; willingness to travel up to 30% within Latin America and internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; experience with Omilia or competing platforms, cloud infrastructure, scripting, relevant certifications, or AI governance is preferred.
