Description

Analyse existing business workflows to identify opportunities for automation and AI assistance.
Design structured AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems for complex processes.
Build and deploy automation using modern AI tools, internal systems, and external APIs.
Add monitoring, validation, retry logic, and human review points to improve system reliability.
Track the impact of automation in terms of speed, throughput, and operational efficiency.
Work with teams across operations, product, and engineering to improve how work gets done.
Develop reusable agentic components that can be leveraged across the company.
Create practical solutions for use cases such as support triage, document processing, reporting, sales research, and marketing automation.

Requirements

Experience in automation engineering, technical operations, internal tooling, startups, or AI prototyping.
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Experience using large language model APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
Scripting or programming experience, commonly in Python or TypeScript.
Experience designing structured workflows or automation systems.
Experience debugging and improving automated processes.
Ability to experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
Ability to break problems into steps, iterate quickly, and focus on reliable practical solutions.
Ownership mindset with the ability to take projects from idea through deployment.
Deep academic AI or machine learning experience is not required.
