Description

  • Partner with customers to support the evolution, execution, and adoption of AI initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
  • Lead delivery of multiple concurrent complex agentic projects with high visibility.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders across the development lifecycle.
  • Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.
  • Use data to identify action items, iterate on solutions, and improve customer outcomes and internal decisions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market teams to define and launch AI agents.
  • Support strategic discussions across AI product strategy, presales, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once.
  • Experience rallying cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
  • Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
  • Technical depth to work effectively with engineers and product managers, even without writing code daily.
  • Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
  • Practical understanding of deploying AI that serves real customers at scale.
  • Skilled at using performance data to identify issues, mitigate risks, and improve outcomes.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details for non-technical audiences.
