Description

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions leveraging large language models.
  • Deploy sophisticated AI models and applications using modern AI tools and cloud platforms.
  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to influence outcomes and ship new AI solutions.
  • Build, deploy, and manage end-to-end AI systems with a focus on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Integrate LLM APIs and AI capabilities into broader applications on cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure.
  • Monitor model performance after deployment and make iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure deployed models operate efficiently and continue to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Applied AI team and other development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Navigate ambiguity and make decisions in complex, fast-moving technical environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience deploying AI models with demonstrated business impact.
  • Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Strong experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Deep expertise with Generative AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Hugging Face TGI, Ollama, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with machine learning tools such as AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • General experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, especially SageMaker and Azure ML.
  • Experience monitoring model performance post-deployment and connecting AI solutions to business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in the intersection of healthcare and AI.
  • Experience with rapid experimentation and iterative development in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
