Description

  • Architect context pipelines and task specifications that enable AI agents to generate reliable, mergeable code.
  • Design and maintain agent-ready repositories, test suites, and CI/CD pipelines with actionable structured output.
  • Drive the migration from a legacy monolith to well-bounded microservices and own domain-decomposition decisions.
  • Set engineering standards for GraphQL and REST APIs, database schemas, and CI/CD quality.
  • Design scalable backend solutions, review AI-generated and peer code, and develop technical improvements.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems and drive technical direction.
  • Mentor engineers and senior engineers, including using AI to reduce technical debt responsibly.
  • Contribute to OLX’s AI Champion community through workshops, workflow curation, tooling evaluations, and engineering guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience using agentic workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent as part of daily development.
  • Experience with context engineering, including repository structure, agent configuration files, code context, memory, and tool access.
  • Understanding of model routing trade-offs and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Strong backend experience with Golang and Java/Kotlin; ability to work with PHP.
  • Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience designing large-scale web applications and future-proof domain systems aligned with business goals.
  • Strong coding and computer science fundamentals, with the ability to validate, refactor, and own AI-assisted output.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring experience, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Clear English communication skills for engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to work remotely from Poland and adapt to changing backend technologies and project needs.
