Description

  • Lead design strategy across product squads, translating business goals and user needs into product direction and roadmaps.
  • Prototype and iterate in code using AI-native workflows and tools such as Lovable, Claude, and Cursor.
  • Define reusable Agentic Experience patterns and scalable components for the Nexus design system.
  • Set and review craft and quality standards to ensure consistent product experiences.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers through critique, feedback, and guidance on AI-native practices.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct user research and experiments, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate on design decisions.
  • Lead design reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions; communicate rationale and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Identify and champion design-system, AI-pattern, and cross-domain improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven UX or digital product design experience, supported by a portfolio of shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact.
  • Active experience using AI-native design tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude.
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components.
  • Understanding of how design decisions affect engineering implementation and ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing designers through candid, constructive feedback.
  • Strong product and business judgment, including the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes and success metrics.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change, with interest in emerging technologies and evolving design practices.
