Description

  • Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to define project goals, user requirements, and design specifications.
  • Create wireframes and translate them into responsive, intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Design and develop webpages that deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain cohesive UI design systems, brand guidelines, and design patterns across digital platforms.
  • Create interactive prototypes and user flows to validate design concepts and functionality.
  • Produce original graphic design assets, including social posts, display ads, and emails.
  • Manage schedules, provide proactive status updates to internal managers, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience using UI design tools, including Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design across devices and screen sizes.
  • Ability to contribute to graphic and editorial design projects in addition to UI/UX work.
  • Ability to communicate and explain design options to internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance functionality with aesthetics.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for one-on-one and group meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Interest in current UX/UI and web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
