Description

  • Own the growth number and manage the marketing-sourced pipeline from lead generation through closed-won attribution.
  • Run the weekly operating cadence across Bay Area and Bangalore teams, including pipeline reviews and campaign retrospectives.
  • Build and execute AI-powered campaign workflows, including lead nurturing, outbound triggers, and personalized ABM sequences.
  • Create and ship 3-5 campaign assets per week, such as landing pages, email sequences, social content, and ads.
  • Manage campaign strategy and execution across paid, organic, and event channels.
  • Own marketing budget allocation and report on pipeline contribution and marketing attribution.
  • Prepare founders for conferences, analyst briefings, media moments, and other external-facing engagements.
  • Activate partnerships from the marketing side, including AWS Marketplace and channel partners.
  • Maintain full-funnel transparency through dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to align marketing execution with business targets.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Experience at a Series A-C cybersecurity or enterprise software company is strongly preferred.
  • Experience as the first or second marketing hire, or in a role where you built the marketing function from scratch, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building and running campaigns directly, not only managing agencies or vendors.
  • Operator-level experience with Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo, plus Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush.
  • Experience preparing executives or founders for keynotes, analyst briefings, board presentations, or media interviews.
  • Strong comfort with data, including building dashboards, pulling pipeline reports, and making budget decisions from performance data.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, GPT, and AI research tools to draft campaigns, research competitors, and generate messaging.
  • Experience working across time zones and managing a remote team with clear weekly objectives.
  • Experience in identity security, IAM, IGA, adjacent cybersecurity markets, PLG motions, or product-led sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Rule of 60, Clay, Dreamdata, or similar modern GTM tooling is preferred.
  • Background at an AI-first or AI-native company is a plus.
