Description

  • Own end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise customers, including discovery, integration architecture, configuration, testing, go-live, and handoff to customer success.
  • Lead integration engineering across customer identity ecosystems such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra, AWS IAM, Google Workspace, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
  • Build deployment playbooks, configuration templates, migration plans, and troubleshooting materials that make implementations more repeatable and scalable.
  • Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for customer and internal use.
  • Partner with CISOs, identity architects, IT operations teams, and sales stakeholders throughout kickoff, architecture review, executive check-ins, proof-of-concept, and go-live stages.
  • Deliver POCs and proof-of-value environments during the sales cycle to demonstrate Oleria against customer-specific identity challenges.
  • Translate customer deployment friction and integration patterns into actionable product feedback for R&D and product engineering.
  • Support migration efforts from legacy IGA platforms by mapping existing policies, roles, and workflows to Oleria’s architecture.
  • Travel periodically, including to the company’s Bellevue, WA headquarters, to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure software.
  • Deep hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, Google Workspace, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar systems.
  • Experience leading enterprise implementations at $100K+ ACV.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals in APIs, authentication protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Comfort reading and writing integration code.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable implementation frameworks, including playbooks, templates, and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to CISOs, running technical workshops, and writing documentation that engineers trust.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work through non-standard customer environments.
  • Direct experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow IRM, or CyberArk Identity is preferred.
  • Experience with FedRAMP, SOC 2, or other compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Background in professional services or consulting at a cybersecurity vendor is preferred.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem from an integration perspective is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
