Description

  • Review AI agent outputs across risk monitoring workflows, assess accuracy, and escalate risk events with clear documented rationale.
  • Operate AI-assisted investigation workflows covering key risk metrics and verify agent reasoning for quality and completeness.
  • Review AI-surfaced signals related to suspected market abuse and escalate validated findings to the appropriate team with structured reports.
  • Translate frontline risk experience into SOPs and agent skill sets, including documenting edge cases and blind spots in detection logic.
  • Conduct regular reviews of agent performance, surface systematic errors, and propose refinements to improve output quality.
  • Act as a quality gate between automated risk outputs and business-level decisions.
  • Communicate escalated risk findings to Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to continuously improve automated coverage and risk workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in trading risk, ideally at a crypto exchange or derivatives venue.
  • Deep knowledge of market abuse and attack vectors such as pump-and-dump, wash trading, liquidation suicide attacks, Sybil patterns, and flash crashes.
  • Strong data intuition and ability to QA AI-generated analysis, spot anomalies, and challenge conclusions.
  • Comfort working in an AI-augmented workflow, including prompting agents, reading structured outputs, and making final calls under time pressure.
  • Excellent judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with PMs, engineers, and compliance teams.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, SQL, or Python to validate AI-generated queries is preferred.
  • Personal trading experience or a financial risk certification such as FRM or CFA is preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency for collaboration with technical teams is preferred.
  • Experience writing or refining risk SOPs or runbooks is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore is prioritized; visa sponsorship is not available.
