Description

  • Use data, insights, and user feedback to inform problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys.
  • Generate ideas quickly and validate directions through regular customer conversations.
  • Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings.
  • Partner with design leadership to influence strategic decisions and improve the overall Pay experience.
  • Own end-to-end design quality for Pay-related features and mentor other designers in the squad.
  • Co-lead the product development process and help ensure consistency across the experience.
  • Collaborate with content designers, visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences.
  • Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Support launch and implementation of innovative crypto product features.
  • Maintain a strong focus on UX craft, product quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of product design experience.
  • Native familiarity with crypto, plus payments experience or interest in investing in CeFi or DeFi.
  • Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment.
  • A portfolio that showcases modern mobile-first digital design work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into intuitive, inclusive, data-driven experiences.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple dependencies and priorities independently.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with user research, user experience, interaction design, and prototyping techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in an agile environment.
  • Preferred experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products.
  • Preferred experience working across offices and time zones.
