Description

  • Own day-to-day VIP Growth & Operations execution for high-net-worth individual clients.
  • Build and run a VIP lifecycle operations framework, including segments, triggers, journeys, and operating rhythms.
  • Partner with Local Market teams to co-create market plans, align goals and timelines, and ensure follow-through.
  • Plan and execute VIP offsites and online events, including stakeholder coordination and post-event reviews.
  • Develop and scale VIP growth programs and tools such as VIP trial cards and similar initiatives.
  • Establish a data-driven growth operating model with measurement, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve workflows, tooling, and processes.
  • Track KPIs, monitor performance, gather market feedback, and refine programs based on learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry, especially exchange products such as institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs.
  • Prior experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth client-related products is preferred.
  • Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills.
  • Systematic thinking and sharp user insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Multi-market collaboration experience is a plus.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available.
