Description

  • Lead product discovery through rapid experimentation to determine what to build.
  • Conduct customer interviews, assumption testing, and MVP validation to learn from real-world feedback.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into testable product hypotheses and experiments.
  • Discover where AI and agentic systems are reliable in high-stakes hospitality workflows and where they fail.
  • Define and launch impactful product initiatives in a 0–1 environment.
  • Work hands-on to iterate quickly based on qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • Collaborate with founders and technical leadership to shape product direction.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and turn larger initiatives into faster delivery cycles.
  • Propose and test alternative solutions when initial approaches do not work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in product discovery, including rapid experimentation, customer interviews, assumption testing, MVP validation, and learning from failures.
  • Experience shipping 0–1 products through strong product discovery.
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including GPT-4, Claude, and agent architectures.
  • Strong bias toward action and a willingness to learn from failed experiments.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Experience building agentic AI products that take autonomous actions is a strong plus.
  • Travel and hospitality tech knowledge, including OTA ecosystems, booking engines, channel managers, and hospitality operations, is preferred.
  • Experience with hotel distribution, direct bookings, guest experience, or operational automation products is a major advantage.
