Description

  • Analyze institutional market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Design and optimize VIP fee tiers, market maker incentives, and institutional client retention programs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned institutional product lines such as VIP Loan, Credit Line, Delayed Settlement, and fund management tools.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate client and product requirements into roadmap priorities with clear business impact.
  • Partner with engineering, risk, and product teams to deliver technical and financial product requirements.
  • Build products with end-to-end risk management and operational workflows.
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure progress against strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and coordinate onboarding, tier management, and retention efforts.
  • Drive quarterly growth strategies with Core Trading, Retail Growth, and Earn teams, including cross-sell and bundling initiatives.
  • Build business cases for product and partnership investments and quantify revenue and AUM impact to support prioritization.

Requirements

  • Current right to work in Singapore; candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be prioritized.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Experience with institutional credit products such as margin lending, secured financing, delayed settlement, or credit line structures is preferred.
  • Direct experience engaging institutional clients through business reviews, on-site requirement gathering, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Experience working with sales, business development, or relationship management teams in a B2B institutional environment.
  • Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality documents, plans, roadmaps, and presentations.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Understanding of institutional crypto market dynamics, including fee structures, market making, prime brokerage models, and custody solutions.
  • Deep understanding of crypto exchange products including spot, margin, futures, perpetual swaps, and options.
  • TradFi experience in FX, equities, or fixed income covering trading and middle/back office is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools for product operations, data analysis, workflow automation, or prototyping AI-powered features.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.
