Description

  • Own the product roadmap for AI trading features, including strategy recommendations, conversational trading, risk alerts, and autonomous trading agents.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences for both novice and expert traders.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle by conducting user research, writing PRDs, collaborating on technical feasibility, running experiments, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Build domain expertise across AI, agent architectures, prompt engineering, and crypto market structure to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, backend engineers, UX designers, and business teams.
  • Shape the broader AI trading strategy, including platform decisions around open ecosystem support, AI advisors, auto-execution, and user data leverage.
  • Define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ship features iteratively.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver AI-native features across the strategy trading product line.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products such as chatbots, recommendation systems, AI agents, or copilots.
  • Crypto or fintech product experience is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of AI product paradigms, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based product design, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Strong technical intuition and comfort reading API documentation, discussing architecture, and understanding data pipelines.
  • Ability to prototype with Python, prompt playgrounds, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.
  • Genuine passion for crypto and trading, including knowledge of order types, market microstructure, and trading strategies such as grid bots or DCA.
  • High agency and execution speed, with the ability to move from vague ideas to shipped MVPs in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing crisp PRDs and presenting product strategy to leadership.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to work with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
  • Experience building AI agent or copilot products is a plus.
  • Hands-on prototyping experience with Python, Claude/GPT APIs, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with trading bot products, quantitative trading strategies, or algorithmic trading systems is a plus.
  • Experience with MCP, function calling, or AI SDK/platform product design is a plus.
  • Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or fintech company is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is preferred for communication with global stakeholders.
  • Current right to work in Singapore is prioritized, and visa sponsorship is not expected.
