Description

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for NiCE Enterprise portfolio integrations within the CX Platform.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities using customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Develop business cases that include revenue opportunities, use cases, and feature definitions.
  • Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Evaluate competitor capabilities, positioning, and pricing to inform product strategy.
  • Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to improve product workflows and lifecycle efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between NiCE Enterprise and NiCE CX business units, resolving conflicts and driving alignment.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering software products.
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with tools for documentation, diagramming, and product planning.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (preferred).
  • Background in telecommunications, SaaS, networking, or cloud-based platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, or product-led environments (preferred).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams (preferred).
