Description

  • Evolve the APM, Synthetics, and RUM product experience in line with company and organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver application monitoring experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market planning, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
  • Track user engagement and customer feedback to guide product and feature decisions.
  • Translate abstract customer problems into concrete, prioritized solutions from the customer backward.
  • Contribute to the success of the Observability product by improving the full-stack monitoring experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
  • Experience in APM and distributed tracing.
  • Synthetic transaction monitoring and RUM experience is highly desired.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
  • Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is desired.
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and AI is desired.

  • Base salary range of $128,300–$203,000 CAD.
