Description

  • Own OKX payment products such as ACH, cards, wire, SEPA, FAST, and PIX.
  • Define and drive product roadmaps, backlogs, and release iterations to meet goals and KPIs.
  • Identify new markets and revenue opportunities and turn them into new product offerings.
  • Outline product features and technical integration requirements for designers, engineers, analysts, and writers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, customer support, and finance.
  • Track product metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance and growth.
  • Drive product adoption and improve user experience by addressing customer friction and voice of customer feedback.
  • Coordinate product launches, announcements, and internal tooling needed to support new releases.
  • Proactively manage product risk and ensure compliance considerations are addressed in product planning.

Requirements

  • Product management experience in the payments space, including experience with payments clearing, settlement, and fiat custody.
  • Experience designing and building payments systems and understanding the associated risk management.
  • Strong ability to identify, define, track, and act on metrics and KPIs, including instrumentation and monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Technical comfort working closely with engineering on product and implementation details.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and limited information.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for resources.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and a passion for crypto and blockchain innovations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Past experience working with payments systems or crypto platforms is strongly preferred.
