Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
  • Work with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that support company growth.
  • Apply existing SOPs or design new SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and implement legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide general legal support to internal stakeholders and business teams across a global organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university.
  • A law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates without a law degree but with substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgment.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad and e-signature tools such as DocuSign is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; applicants requiring visa sponsorship are not the priority.
