Description

  • Deliver interactive presentations and product demonstrations to audiences ranging from developers to executives.
  • Whiteboard solution architectures that map Auth0 to customer requirements and use cases.
  • Lead customer Q&A sessions to uncover technical and business requirements.
  • Execute focused proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with account executives on territory and account strategies to grow opportunities.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Auth0 product line and related technologies and protocols.
  • Stay current on industry trends through self-study, research, and online courses.
  • Participate proactively in local and regional sales and marketing events.
  • Support customers in understanding how to apply cloud security technology effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Background in software engineering or development.
  • Desire to move into a more customer-facing role.
  • Ability to design and implement reliable, scalable, high-performing web-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working with cloud-based source control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket.
  • Development experience on both the server side and client-side application design.
  • Pre-sales experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment stacks such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
  • Mobile application development experience with React Native, Ionic, or Xamarin and identity integration is a huge plus.
  • Experience speaking at technical conferences and events is preferred.
  • Experience working with Okta and/or Auth0 is preferred.

  • Annual on-target compensation range of €122,000 to €134,000 EUR for candidates located in Germany.
