Description

  • Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and GSI leads early in the sales cycle to define delivery boundaries, investment parameters, and SOW alignment.
  • Lead structural review and delivery validation of complex Statements of Work and Change Orders.
  • Monitor strategic pipeline deals to help forecast delivery capabilities and partner specializations.
  • Represent Okta on joint customer-GSI Steering Committees and align C-level stakeholders on delivery direction.
  • Provide delivery leadership, health tracking, and operational governance across multiple enterprise implementations.
  • Act as the central escalation point for delivery risks and coordinate Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to remove blockers.
  • Ensure partner-led delivery meets Okta’s technical design and architectural standards.
  • Design, document, and test scalable sales-to-delivery frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures.
  • Package and transfer new processes, templates, and methodologies to regional services, partner success, and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Alliances to manage GSI performance and improve partner enablement assets.
  • Champion the use of generative AI tools to speed delivery scoping, documentation, and partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical program management, or strategic IT consulting.
  • Proven track record guiding large-scale enterprise deployments in joint-delivery models with major GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC.
  • Direct experience partnering with enterprise software sales and services sales teams to structure complex services deals and negotiate SOWs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with experience leading high-pressure steering committees.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and scale repeatable PMO playbooks, delivery methodologies, and operational enablement assets.
  • Ability to lead and influence matrixed cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Technical familiarity with Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, or Enterprise SaaS architectures is highly desirable.
  • Direct experience implementing AI tools or prompt-engineering models to automate professional services delivery or partner enablement processes is extra credit.
  • Knowledge of Okta and Auth0 product offerings is extra credit.
  • Relevant project management or business architecture certifications or methodologies such as PMP or TOGAF are extra credit.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $168,000 to $231,000 USD for candidates in CA (excluding SF Bay Area), CO, IL, NY, and WA.
