Description

  • Lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans.
  • Drive consistency and quality of requirements across technical disciplines while supporting compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Train and support team members on Siemens Teamcenter Requirements and requirements-development best practices.
  • Support system owners and responsible engineers in defining and executing system interfaces and ICDs.
  • Champion requirements change control and configuration management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as nuclear, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in a requirements management role for complex engineering systems.
  • Experience working within regulated industries.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across diverse technical teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing information and tasks.
  • Ability to think in structured, hierarchical frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter and TcRequirements, including configuration, customization, and end-user support (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in engineering or systems engineering (preferred).
  • Familiarity with systems engineering standards such as INCOSE and experience applying MBSE principles (preferred).
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, nuclear, automotive, or defense (preferred).
